Living Well

The Living Well program focuses on bringing balance to everyday life.

Through educational presentations, workshops, social gatherings, physical fitness assessments, and  consultations, the Living Well program strives to provide programming for the Deaf, hard of hearing and hearing communities that stresses balance in health and overall wellness.
